MY ROLE

I owned product discovery, problem framing, prioritization, product requirements, workflow design, validation direction and product decisions. I worked closely with engineering on architecture and AI constraints and with design on translating the workflow into the product experience.

From company context to marketing execution.

THE PROBLEM

The problem wasn’t a lack of content.

It was the fragmented workflow behind creating it.

Teams had their business knowledge, brand guidelines, strategy, content and creative production spread across different tools and workflows. I wanted to explore whether one AI-native system could keep that context together and carry it from strategy all the way to execution.

01 / THE PROBLEM

Marketing teams didn’t have a content problem.

They had a context and execution problem.

AI had already made individual content generation easier. But creating a complete marketing campaign was still fragmented. Company knowledge could live in documents. Brand guidelines somewhere else. Customer insights in conversations. Previous content on social platforms. Strategy in one workspace and creative production in another. Every transition required context to be manually carried forward.

The work existed across the workflow. The context rarely travelled with it.
